Bless you - this is really, truly a very kind act of generosity. And I hate to rain on your parade, but your story sounds frightenly familiar. There was a gentleman with the EXACT same story walking around downtown after 5pm last summer. He even promised to mail me my favorite candy if I gave him my mailing address. Not sure if it is a scam or social test...but there is something fishy. Pls contact me to discuss this further as the VPD are interested! Jenna!
