I am fairly new to the practice of yoga, but I have just gotten home from one of Ted’s fabulous Adventure Yoga retreats and I am hooked! I have done Tony Horton’s P90x yoga video and this week I started taking classes at a studio. Are there other videos that you would recommend for at-home yoga practice? Thanks much! - Caroline

Hey Caroline! Glad to hear you’re going to incorporate a regular yoga practice into your life! One video I started with was Ali McGraw’s yoga video with Erich Schiffman. It’s fantastic, not too challenging, but a decent challenge for beginners! I would also recommend Paul Grilley’s Yin Yoga video and any of Sean Corne’s videos.

http://www.yogayak.com offers some great free classes
http://www.yogatoday.com is also a good site
Make sure that you still go to classes, especially since you’re new to yoga. When you practice at home you can develop some bad habits and not even know it.

Check out http://www.yogavibes.com. They have amazing classes that are filmed at different studios around the world, so there is a great variety of styles, lengths, difficulties, etc.

I really like Rodney Yee’s dvd, I find his dvd for beginners great as in the beginning they go thru alignment and modify postures with props if you need to. He also has an online sign up for classes and cost his reasonable.

One thing I would really like to comment on is that weightloss program fast can be achieved by the proper diet and exercise. People’s size not simply affects the look, but also the entire quality of life. Self-esteem, depressive disorder, health risks, plus physical abilities are damaged in putting on weight. It is possible to do everything right and still gain. If this happens, a problem may be the culprit. While an excessive amount of food and never enough workout are usually responsible, common health conditions and popular prescriptions may greatly enhance size. Kudos for your post in this article.
