vanna on the run

Three states, five cities, six days, Vanna White Red, you, us and the open road…

We’re gearing up for a road trip and we couldn’t be more excited. We’re driving Vanna (our beloved, manifestoed, complete-with-a-yoga-platform-on-the-roof van) home from San Fran to Seattle and hitting up some sweet places along the way – hey, it’s a tough job but somebody’s got to do it.

San Francisco, Tahoe, Bend, Portland and Seattle – we’re coming for you!


We’ll be getting sweaty in studios, tearing up run routes, hitting local hotspots (tweet us your recos)…and, yes, likely doing some touristy things along the way too (can you really blame a lifelong MK&A fan for wanting to see the Tanner household? No.)

@Chelsea, most definitely fun! We’re going to be cheering our hearts out at the Rock and Roll Marathon too!

@Katie – Not sure what the rest of SanFran is up to but we’re gunna run across the Golden Gate Bridge tomorrow am then try to hit up a yoga class at YogaTree! Any suggestions? We’re going to be in need of a mean latte if you know of a place!

yes, barre3..darcy davidson is the owner and theres LOADS of lulu wearin’ ladies in the studio! barre3 bend (facebook too) u can see the schedule..tell her alicia vickery sent you. :)

Hey! When you come to Seattle stop by Maximus/Minimus for pulled pork at lunch time in downtown (http://maximus-minimus.com/)!

Also, the Thai resturant also downtown called Wild Ginger is AMAZING (wildginger.net)

And if you go by the locks in ballard (where boats go from fresh water to salt water and vice versa) and want burgers and onion rings try Redmill Burger at the totem house across the street! Their burgers (they do chicken and veggie patties too!) are amazing as are their onion rings! (or try the fish and chips, it’s all good!)

Hi, I am not sure if your road trip has you returning to SF. But if you are returning to SF, you need to make a stop in Mount Shasta CA. It is one of the most beautiful places in California.
