Pranayama, the practice of yogic breathing, may seem mystical and elusive at first, but is accessible with a little background knowledge and can even improve your health and yoga practice. Our ambassador, Ingrid Yang, from our La Jolla store writes about incorporating Pranayama into your yoga practice.
As a child, the dark was something to be feared, held at bay by the magic of nightlights and parents’ stories. As a teenager ‘after dark’ represented party time and freedom from those prying parental eyes. The black is back! Are you going to run and hide or just keep on running? (We suggest the latter.)
