We're not perfect - we actually made too much of certain items. When you decide how much of a certain style or colour or size to make, you're always estimating, even if you have facts to back up your decisions. Sometimes we overestimate.

Curious about what goes on behind the scenes at the Guest Education Centre? I'm going to tell you - a lot. More than you'd expect. Today there was even a piñata. Intriguing? Read on...

Over the course of any given day, we wear a lot of hats. I am a product expert, a solution seeker, a community guru, and an order specialist. I can tell you what the name of that favourite shirt is. (You know the one from Fall 2006? Yeah. I loved it too.) I'll listen to your concerns and ideas, and make sure they get heard by the team at our Store Support Centre. You want to apply for our Strategic Sales program? Sure! Check out our website. Team Sales? No problem! Right this way. There are days when I feel like Tamara Taggart’s stand-in, sharing Vancouver’s weather with our friends around the world. (And in case you're wondering, it is 21 degrees Celsius and partly cloudy.) If you're planning a trip to Vancouver, I’ll tell you my favourite place to put in 10K and who teaches a mean hot yoga class. I can help you find exactly what you need to help you sweat once a day and like it.

It's a happy place to work. The room dazzles the eyes with bright colours, much like your favourite local store, and our goals bring the walls to life. The aforementioned piñata was a fundamental part of today's fiesta, as we said goodbye to one of our favorite educators, Gab. We have pancake parties and potlucks to celebrate each others successes and achievements - we even helped our Ta Ta Tamer, Melissa Content, on her fundraising journey for The Weekend to End Breast Cancer.

Ever wonder who is hard at work making our website work? Wonder no longer, and meet Ronnh – one part web developer, one part art director, he also made this very blog you are reading!

What do you do at lululemon?

I am part of the ecommerce/webteam. I am mostly in charge of contributing to the creative on the website, but I also help out with programming and app building.

With the launch of the new website I was in charge of getting the blog and career search/submission pages built. I also arranged the implementation of the various educational videos we use throughout the site. Since our images are constantly changing throughout the site, I am in charge of creating/changing those assets.

What is a typical Monday like?

It’s a lot like Tuesday, except it happens first.

What are your quotes to live by?

When you were younger what did you want to be?

One of the taller kids who got to stand in the back of the class photos. Not the kid holding the sign in the first row.

How do you sweat once a day?

Anxiety. I also like to take various fitness classes offered here at the SSC.

What's your favorite piece lululemon makes?

Performance Jacket.

What is your 10 year goal?

I will have 2 kids and they will do thy bidding.

Do you have a BHAG?

My BHAG is to one day tour with my own band.

What is your greatest achievement so far?

Getting married, paying bills, doing my taxes…taking care of business.

Where do you think lululemon will be in 50 years?

6th and Clark.

We tend to do things a little differently around the lululemon parts. Rather than update our board of directors with an endless stream of charts and powerpoint presentations, this year we tried to capture what we're doing in our communities through video.
