If your dad works out and sweats, and you have yet to introduce him to our amazing Silverescent™ and moisture wicking fabrics, he’s in for a real sweet smelling treat this Father’s Day. Almost two years ago, I introduced my dad, Terry, to yoga. My dad’s a cotton t-shirt and cargo shorts kind of man, [...]

I have an extreme love hate relationship with running. I hate the process of running, even if it’s a mile or less. But by the end, my body absorbs an aura of happiness and accomplishment that I haven’t been able to duplicate with other workouts. Coming up on my third half marathon, I have decided to blog my journey to show that one, ANYONE can run a half marathon, and two I am hoping some of you will hold me accountable to my goal with tips of your own.

You could call me superwoman… but I can’t fly, I don’t have any magical powers, and I don’t wear a cape. But you may catch me changing costumes. Sometimes I’ll enter my car dressed in business slacks, a sweater set and heels – and just minutes later, I’ll step out of the car donning sneakers, [...]
