Remember this photo from last month? Read on for an exciting update!

You spoke, and we listened! Thanks to all the feedback we received over the past month while we offered complimentary shipping online, we have made the decision to continue with this offer… forever! That’s right – complimentary shipping is here to stay!

We’ll continue to pick up the ground shipping bill for online orders shipped within Canada* and the US, and our international guests will still receive a $30 flat rate.

*Please note: our guests in Saskatchewan can contact the Saskatoon store to place a phone order at 306.651.8858 and receive complimentary shipping.

This is awesome! I have done a lot selling and buying items online, shipping cost is the achilles for most transactions. More company should follow lulu to offer free shipping. Way to go!

I received my second ever Lululemon order today and I have to say I am so impressed with the quality of your fabris and construction of the garments. As a fabric buyer, I can sometimes be a bit of a fabric snob and you have definitely surpassed my expectations! Keep up the fantastic work, can’t wait to see what new designs you come up with!!!

Thank you lululemon for reaching out to all of the guests who don’t live near a lululemon store. I live on the island of Oahu (we have a store @ ala moana)… but we have guests from the neighbor island who could use the lululemon love too! They will be happy to see a company finally thinking about the customer experience.

Thank you! Only thing I would request is mens tops in XXL. Im not fat but I have broad shoulders. I love your cloths but the tops just dont fit. Bring on the XXL’s..

This is great! There were a couple things that were still available online but sold out in stores this summer but I didn’t buy them at the time because of the shipping costs. Very pleased

thank you, lululemon this is definitely a help to those who do not live near one of your stores. and it is another testament to how the company continues to follow its ethos.
however, for customers that do live near your stores what about offering a ship to store option. that way, if there is no rush to receive the item(s), they can be shipped to any of your stores along with your normal inventory shipments. (meaning that you would have to make customers aware of when that next shipment will be.) with a ship to store approach, you are not only reducing your shipping costs but your carbon footprint and that of your customers as well.
