		<description><![CDATA[In my last yoga class the teacher said your hip area represents the second chakra and relates to past relationships. She then said if you&#039;re jammed up about past relationships or haven&#039;t had them mentally resolved it will manifest in your hip movement or lack thereof. Something along those lines. I have never tried pigeon pose, but I will be thinking about this once I do now! Great post.]]></description>
