This is put together really nicely, very easy to share & very interesting! This is also the best how-to burpee video I've come across. for my non-military friends, I'm always sharing & showing them how to get one done, and Errick's is great. His smile throughout is fantastic - I always like to add a "Yay" as I finish each burpee jump :) Great job, guys!
