I am in between size 2 and size 4. Size 2 is too tight on my waist ( there is a tiny “love handle” hanging on my waist), but fit beautifully on the thighs. After struggling for a few days, I switched to size 4 (although I can see some “feathering” on the thighs). I think the size chart is a great reference.

I realize that by definition their functionality bio doesn’t suggest them for excessive bouncin’ around but I wear mine all of the time! The double color banded Grooves are the best!
