My gospel of sweat is respecting that my mind isn't the only connection I have with God. I can honor Him with every move of my body. Every drop of sweat is something God is helping me with. Every savasana is a time He is holding me.

Thank you for sharing a recap of the event! I second Jacki- come to the West Coast!

Wow. Just wow.

My Gospel of Sweat is in the shift I choose in a moment of time. That moment where the sweat bead just starts to appear in yoga, on a run, in the gym, and I am in it, thick. It is up to me to make the choice to continue to move from one space in my mind to the next - and in that move, make it a powerful one, and rock it. #awarenessmeetschoice

This event is amazing. I vote for next Gospel of Sweat to rock LA!

What a well written reflection on this event. I studied the world religions in university and am now working in employee health management as a career. This essential element, intrinsically valuing our health, is somethig we define and are in control of, although the environment in which we live creates opportunities or challenges we must consider.

So... What's my gospel of sweat? Honoring the needs of the self- giving ourselves permission to be important, taken Care of, and challenged grows us in unimaginably positive ways. Also, in the spirit of lulu: GOALS! Super critical speaking light and life into our minds, hearts, bodies. Thanks for the recap and he ability to reflect on this thought. Amazing collective spirit & strength at the gospel of sweat!
