I have read this many times in the last few months, Saturday is Goals update/eval day and so I am here again. I will definitely be using some of your breakdown strategies to assess where I am at and where I am going. I recently had a huge personal revelation and it looks like my career will be changing, your focus on values has kept me from throwing away my old goals completely. Thanks a ton! Namaste! Keep moving forward!

I really enjoyed this post. As of tomorrow evening I will be unemployed -- 6 months ago I began a job that has a taxing commute (85 miles one way...in Southern California!!) and has left me feeling a bit empty and unsatisfied. With my forthcoming free time, I am going to be taking a deep look inside, reflecting on what I really want to do/get out of this life! This post has some great tip and will help me along my route to discovery.
