My kids, who aren't big veggie fans, will tell you that even stew tastes way better when using fresh organic veggies from our box. My favourite treat in the whole world is crispy Kale, where you take Kale and toss it with olive oil and spices then toast it in the oven til it's crispy.... soooo good. Even though I love "CSA day", getting kale makes it even better:). My family has been getting a CSA box weekly since March and we LOVE it!
