Wow, thanks so much for finding this article. I&#039;m really pleased to hear that drinking tea, even caffeinated, is healthier than drinking water alone. I know that many kinds of herb (non-caffeinated) teas, like green tea &amp; Rooibos red tea, have all sorts of antioxidants, but it&#039;s definitely an important new discovery that standard black tea varieties have significant health benefits.

I&#039;m glad they said 3 cups a day as I feel all thing in moderation. Personally, I was also looking into how much tea is good for you as I heard that tannis can inhibit the up-take of some minerals, but it seems you would have to drink a lot!!
