		<description>I will be leaving for yoga in about an hour and I am truly going to try the &#039;ma&#039; &amp; &#039;om&#039;......I too loose my breath and find it to be a constant struggle. I particularly mind the shallow breathing I end up doing &amp; find such relief when I can breathe deep into my belly....
