Hi Quinn,

Our stores are able to repair items but I suggest taking your pants into your local store so they can take a look a closer look at the pants to see if it's something we can repair. Here's a list of our local stores and their store hours: http://bit.ly/9YPAqc If you're not near a store, send us a few photos to gec@lululemon.com and we'll see if we can repair the pants for you.

Hey Ali,
Thanks for reaching out! If you have a local store nearby, bring the shorts in for an educator to have a look. However, if you don't have a local store, feel free to send a picture of the issue to gec@lululemon.com and we can help you out through the Guest Education Centre.

I just got a pair of pink jogging shorts last week and only wore them twice and the lulu symbol on the leg is falling off already, and looks bad hanging there and only being half the symbol! Is there any way of getting that fixed as it’s a huge disappointment? Thanks

Hi Patrice,
Great question. You can head into your local store to have your pants hemmed, we just ask that they are clean before hemming. We are able to put a child's hem on the pant so you can grow into them too. For a list of our local stores, feel free to visit this quick link: http://bit.ly/9YPAqc

Hi,
My sister got a new pair of lululemon yoga pants so she's giving her old ones to me. I was wondering if I could still get them hemmed? Would I ask for a child hem when I grow taller later?

Good question, Jordyn! The long white tag on the inside of the waistband is a rip out tag - meaning you can actually just tear it out without damage to the pants. Hope this helps!

Hello.
I recently purchased my first pair of Wunder Unders that are reversible. I don't know how to remove the tag that is on the inside, and I would not dare put a hole on my pants. How do I take off the tag effectively and safely? (for the pants) Thanks, Jordyn

Hello.
I had a pair of lulu pants that I wore after I was pregnant (until I lost the baby weight). They've since sat unused for several years (in like new condition). I recently gave them to my mother, and she brought them to a Lulu store to be hemmed to her length. I have had pants hemmed in the past, and Lulu always replaced the logo if it was removed when hemming. This time, they didn't. When my mother asked about it when picking up her pants, she was told "we don't replace the logos anymore". Is this accurate? I was quite surprised that this is no longer offered. They now look like "no name" pants. Would have been nice to know this before they hemmed the pants. :( Thanks.

Hey Candice,

I would definitely suggest bringing your pants into a local store to see if they can be hemmed. If we're not able to do it, they might be able to suggest a local tailor that could take on the job for you. Thanks for your question!

I have two pairs of lululemon pants that I have worn for some time and, as of lately, I find that they are dragging on the floor constantly, slightly under my shoes. (I believe they are sitting lower on my waist now). Due to not noticing this right away, the bottom of the pants have begun to wear and tear.. Is it still possible to get them hemmed in this condition?

Cheers

Hi Diana,

All of our lululemon athletica retail stores offer complimentary hemming on various lululemon styles.
Product that can be hemmed includes:

- Pants, crops & shorts – without affecting the original design (includes reversible styles)
- Sleeves on basic long-sleeved shirts and jackets
- The bottoms of tanks/shirts, unless pockets or slits are affected

Our local store have hemming hubs that offer straight hems so we are not able to alter the width of the garment. If the length is more of your concern, you're more than welcome to take your garment into a local store.

Hi!
My mom just bought me a pair of Tadasana Slit Crops when she was on vacation in the US at one of the outlet stores. They are two sizes too big. Do I have any options for hemming? Sorry if this is a duplicate question.
Thanks!
