We tall length on most of our pants and offer complimentary hemming so the fit is as unique as you are. We don’t stop at pants and crops, either. We also hem certain shirt hemlines and sleeves as well. That’s a perfect fit.
how does complimentary hemming work?
Choose your gear. Make sure the all-around fit is what you need. The educators in the store are fit experts so don’t be afraid to ask for their input.
Assess the situation. Do you wish the crops were just a bit shorter? Does that shirt fit more like a dress? Figure out what needs adjusting. We’ll take things up wherever there is a simple, flat hemline. (Take note: if the style you’re in love with has a special feature at the hem, like a drawcord, it cannot be replaced. It will be removed in the pursuit of the right length.)
Pin down your fit. After putting your garment on, an educator pin up the hem to your liking. Take a good look. Walk around the fitting rooms and check yourself out. We want you to love the fit. It’s best if you wear the shoes you’ll be wearing with your bottoms, but if you come into the store without sneakers, you can borrow a pair for your fitting.
Get your pink slip. We’re pretty sure it’s the only pink slip that will make you smile. Leave us your name, phone number, the name and size of your garment and we’ll give you the golden ticket to picking up your pants with ease: your very own pink slip.
what happens next?
After your fitting, we take it from there. We send your garment to one of our talented seamstresses, who will finish the job beautifully. Your personalized hem will look the same as the style off the rack.
how long does it take to complete the job?
It will take 5 days for your pants to be altered. Head back to the store, pink slip in hand, and we’ll have your gear ready for your next workout. There will be no evidence of an alteration except for a perfect fit.
can you hem my older pants?
Sure thing. The one thing we ask is that they are freshly washed.
do i need a receipt?
Nope. We know our gear. Just bring it in and we’ll take care of the rest.
