Sometimes I feel like Deanne has the energy to do more in a day than I do into a week. When she’s not running, doing yoga, spending time with her kids and VPing our brand, we harness her energy to power the office and two-thirds of the downtown core. We love people at lululemon. Why do we love Elise? She knows balance is a choice. She speaks as candidly about her breakdown (and breakthrough) as she does about the puppy dog calendar she gave Andy, her first love. That’s pretty balanced too, if you ask us.
