If your dad works out and sweats, and you have yet to introduce him to our amazing Silverescent™ and moisture wicking fabrics, he’s in for a real sweet smelling treat this Father’s Day. Almost two years ago, I introduced my dad, Terry, to yoga. My dad’s a cotton t-shirt and cargo shorts kind of man, [...]

Wait, what’s a gusset? A gusset is a diamond shaped patch of material that helps you move in and out of Warrior II and Triangle Pose with freedom. Most pants are made with two seams (front to back and from one leg to the other) that intersect right in the crotch area. We’ve replaced that uncomfortable and unsightly crotch seam with a gusset to increase mobility and comfort in all of your workouts.

With the summer months coming our designers have focused on lightweight fabrics that will make you feel like you are running naked and free, with full coverage. Four years ago, fresh from softball practice at UCLA, adorned with my tattered and baggy practice wear, I fell in love with the roots of lululemon. It was spring, and all of the volleyball girls had been gushing over their new lululemon pants, and they didn’t need to say anything, we all noticed their non-frumpy appearance in the training room. So off to Beverly Hills I went to see for myself.

I love the Devi Jacket for 3 simple reasons: it’s lightweight, delightfully comfortable, and handles my sweat. It is made with wicking and quick dry fabric, and is thus perfect for before and after workouts. After a sweaty 6AM boot camp class, I wrap my poor tired muscles in barely there anti-stink circle mesh and head [...]

These might be the most comfortable pair of sweatpants I have ever worn in my life. When I first tried them on, I suddenly found the urge to run home and crawl back into bed. But resist I did, as the day was to go on with or without my participation. Instead I hit the park and enjoyed a few yoga flows in the comfort of my Namaste Pants.
