I wore them for about eight years. I don't wear them anymore. I made myself a guinea pig for running form and quickly realized that orthotics don't make the problem go away they just move the weakness elsewhere. With proper running form I now run farther, faster, more frequently and injury-free.

Not mine. Belongs to Footyboots. He is at his happiest when playing with the frisbee and when he is happy that means no humans are in immediate danger of his crushing look of disapproval.
The novelty moustache is for me to wear when Footyboots is upset with me. He can't recognize me when I'm wearing it. Something about being colorblind…
