The most perfect running track, in my opinion, is Just One Second by London Elekricity (Apex Remix). If this doesn’t get you up and running, who knows what will!

This is a great playlist, also loved the ones published in the summer! Great for not only running, but strength training too and skipping (with a rope, of course, not happy-go-lucky skipping)! One more song worth considering, which may not be obvious, is from the ‘Inception’ sountrack, and it’s the song titled ‘Mombasa’. It’s got an amazing beat and rhythm that makes you run, skip, or pump iron faster! Slumdog Millionaire’s soundtrack also has a few good tunes to add!

Great picks! I love being inspired with new music! There’s a great remix/bootleg of “Little Lion Man” to be found on the interwebs: Little Lion Man (Djabo Lorel Remix)! (Not found on iTunes…sorry!).

love love LOVE this playlist….very interesting adding Mumford into the mix and Florence and the Machine always kicks me into high gear on those long runs, as does some remix version of Bloc Party’s Banquet
