Hips are open, tears are flowing, and there’s still two days of good times at Wanderlust left. Alana’s here with her Day 2 recap which included yoga classes with Seane Corn and John Friend, a lecture on happiness and meditation, and meeting a hammock company that’s out to change the world.
Today our on-the-mat correspondent Alana got in touch with her inner pole dancer, cleaned out her personal “junk drawer”, met her mat neighbours, had a yoga breakthrough and laid a pretend egg. And this was just the first day of the Wanderlust festival.
Our resident yoga-enthusiast and digital content specialist, Alana, is in Lake Tahoe for Wanderlust Squaw Valley. After hearing their answers, I may just add my Magic Bullet and a non-black travel mat to my packing list.

We all have opportunities to create amazing things out of nothing – things that may have not otherwise existed. Our global ambassador Chris Chavez knows how it’s done. He recently turned a potentially mundane [...]
Feeling inspired a couple months ago by a Youtube video (which may or may not have involved a cat wearing a top hat), I created this structure out of locally sourced materials (the second floor kitchen) and declared it the Goal Hat. Ever since then, I’ve been waiting for someone on the online team to [...]
