Hey! I just joined the lululemon richmond showroom team! I was wondering where to contact someone about my question, I thought this would be a good starting point. So, for women with long hair... how do you keep it up during an exercise? I have long hair and have yet to find my perfect 'sweaty hair-do'. It just won't stay.

I searched the site and was looking for some information(ie. fit/function) on the Wear With All jacket but couldn't find any. The sz 4 Remix is snug on me while the sz 4 Remix Rib is perfect (love the freedom to move). My recent purchase was the Fun Times Jkt. I had originally bought the sz 6 but found it was a bit baggy in the back, likely due to the pleats so I exchanged it for the sz 4. This fits nicely as I think the ribbing in the front helps give it some flexibility. I am 5'4" and was wondering how the sz 6 WWA would fit on me. I don't want it to be too long and too baggy/boxy in the torso.

Thanks so much!

I am 5' tall, 63 years old and about 115 lbs, need to be less, and wear a size 32DD bra. I bought a white TaTa Tamer from you in that size and it's too tight, although my first one in black fit. Should I go up to a 34DD and I, also, want a tank but don't know which to buy and have been looking at the run inspire tank. What do you think? and what size tank? I bought a "jacket" in size 8 and tights in size 6. I don't work so I would love to live in your clothes!! I live in South Carolina and there isn't a store anywhere close. Visited your New York Store in December! Loved it!

Oh and for the commenter with the restroom question. It's important to cut fiber out of your diet for the last few days before a race - (a) fiber takes more energy to digest and you want to be resting your body as much as possible and (b) fiber gets things moving and leads to unanticipated bathroom trips. Eating really bland low-fiber foods the last couple days before a race can help a lot with this. Experiment on your long run days - eat the same things every time to see if it will work before race day. Some people (not me, I don't drink coffee) find that coffee on race morning also gets things "moving" so they can be done before you start the race.

Elim, I loved your wunder under challenge! Amazing! I wish you could do it everyday! I do have a question-is it socially acceptable for me to wear my lululemon black spandex to work? Even if I have to meet with people? I mean, I LOVE it and the way it looks/feels-but is it awkward for other people to be seeing my skin-tight black pants everyday? I try to find shirts that cover my budunkadunk so I don't show too much...but can I just wear them with a normal shirt, let me know what you guys think. Honestly!

Hi,

I'm getting ready to run my first 1/2 marathon in March, and I have two apparel related questions for you. I have a pair of running shorts that I love and am planning on wearing (they are bright pink). But I'm looking for a nice tank top to wear during the run. Something that will whick the moisture away from me as I sweat my face off. I'm also looking for a good sports bra that won't break the bank, or maybe a tank with a built in sports bra. This is a little personal, but I'm a natural full 34 C Cup, and my size 4 frame 5'6" frame makes it hard for me to find a fitted tank top that's A) long enough and B) big enough in the bust, but not huge around the waist.

I can find basic cotton tanks that work, but as soon as I start looking at workout specific tanks, they all just fit weird. any recommendations?

you ran too soon after you ate. all the blood is going to your muscles so this is probably provoking those bathroom attacks. I've been there!

Have you tried eating after your run? Before your run, eat something very light. avoid dairy before your run cos that's a big trigger. I usually eat a small oatmeal cookie (home-made) and warm tea with some sugar 45 minutes before my run.

hope this helps?

ok, i have an awkward question... i'm training for my 2nd half marathon and i'm running into the same problem i had with my first. lets just call it bathroom problems. i get about 3-5km into a run and then i have to sprint to the bathroom, (not just to pee). i've cut out meat from my diet which has helped a bunch but i'm just wondering if there's anything else i can try. what should i eat before a run? how long before a run? anything to avoid before a run? any advice would be amazing!
