day 2: sweat
This morning I'm teaching my vinyasa class at Pure Yoga in Tsim Sha Tsui. With my favourite Wunder Under Crop and Cool Racerback tank combination, I can demonstrate the poses with clear visual instructions.

It's been drizzling and sunny today so I decided to put on my flip flops, khaki shorts and a sheer tunic top to walk down to the old Central Wet Market to get some fruit.
