What a lovely post. I just caught this one, not even a week after I completed my own 365 days in motion! It was the first New Year&#039;s Resolution I can truly say that I held through to the finish.

My goal was to move for 30 minutes every day, and like you, it was best done when I returned to my favorite workouts.. Playing hockey, running and doing yoga therefore topped the list.

It was amazing to show those around me that health can be prioritized without compromising other commitments.. At just 30 mins a day, I was still able to work as a full-time student, a tutor, on the board of several school committees, and volunteer. It made for an amazing year, and I have never felt better.

With my body in motion, my mind finds peace. It has served me well!]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;m finally up running consistently for 2.5 to  3 miles per day. It is a huge accomplishment, for me. If I&#039;m not at the gym I&#039;m at a hot yoga class, when I traveled to a new city, I would find a local yoga studio. Though I made a commitment to sweat everyday, because it just feels so good, and gets me going. I always have a productive day when that happens..My body has went from a size 18 after post pregnancy, to a size 8 in a pair of lululemon wunderpants! I still have about 2-4 sizes to go, and I will be at my size when I graduated college..I go by clothes not weight, it keeps my closet organized so to speak..Its been three years this process..Patience, commitment, love, and surrounding yourself with positivity. 		<description><![CDATA[After three attempts and 445 days total with an avg of 8.5 miles a day I accomplished the goal of running 365 days in a row to benefit cancer awareness and to inspire folks to get out and get their sweat on as in the end it all starts with how we treat our own bodies. It ended up being a big movement and inspired many to make a change and there are a few folks now trying to do the same thing. I hope it continues to inspire many for years to come.
