Deanna Black

Deanna has been in the fitness industry since 1985, teaching group and individual exercise, cycling, and yoga classes throughout the Midwest and internationally. She has obtained a BSBA in marketing-management and a minor in athletic training from Missouri Southern State College and later undergrad and graduate coursework in advanced exercise physiology and psychology from Iowa State University. Her education continues to be diverse in dance, martial arts, Pilates, yoga and massage therapy, as well as a variety of certifications and workshops by ACE, AFAA, AIFE and Yoga Alliance. Tami Schneider, CYT/RYT has been teaching yoga since 1999. She is a Certified/Associate Teacher in the style of Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga and has had the privilege of assisting Baron Baptiste during weekend and week-long student and teacher trainings. She continues her ongoing studies with Baron and has spent 20 years studying and teaching various fitness and wellness disciplines.
