Paul ‘Pablo’ Wright has been teaching vinyasa and ashtanga yoga since 2007. As an elite level road race cyclist, he found yoga to be the perfect adjunct to hours spent on the bike. Pablo received his 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher certification in 2006. Pablo’s astanga-vinyasa influenced teaching style reflects his personal practice of ashtanga.
