Justin always dreamed of creating a business that excelled in its industry and allowed him to express his core values. Originally from California, he grew up playing competitive tennis. Nationally ranked by the age of 11 and was traveling around California and the US playing tournaments. At 14, the family moved to Brussels, Belgium which gave him the opportunity to compete against Europe’s top players and travel extensively. In college, he competed for Bucknell University, achieving a career 57-32 record and earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Kailee earned her personal training certification through the World Instructor Training Schools. With a sixteen year background filled with conditioning, high intensity training for professional dance and performing globally, she became addicted to the feeling of pushing your body beyond limits known capable in order to achieve success. It was then that Kailee became motivated to help instruct others on overall health and fitness through individual and group class work both private and corporate. Kailee specializes in interval training, cross training, sport specific training, and total body weight loss. Melissa earned her Kinesiology degree from the University of Illinois and soon after began her career as a personal trainer working with individuals in club and home settings. An avid runner and overall fitness enthusiast, she has completed several marathons and triathlons. Melissa has been part of Shred415 since their inception in 2011 and is thrilled to be part of the South Loop studio and Chicagoland fitness community. Fun facts!
