Brent Holten was introduced to yoga at an early age as a cure for insomnia, and it has played a huge part in his life ever since. He has been teaching in Chicago since 1995, and students may recognize him from his classes at Moksha Yoga, Crunch, Equinox, Fitness Formula, and Cheetah gyms. Claire Mark has been practicing yoga since 1996 and teaching yoga since 1999. She has studied Bikram, Jivanmukti, Ashtanga, Anusara and Iyengar yoga, her classes are a blend of these styles combined with a open hearted, loving attitude for her studnets. Claire has taught in NY, San Francisco, Chicago and Los Angeles and she has taught retreats abroad since 2003 and continues to lead retreats yearly in Mexico and now Costa Rica. D. Mike Kelly has been a physical therapist in Lincoln Park for eight years. He is the manager of Physical Therapy Services at DePaul University, and also runs a clinic at Lincoln Park Athletic Club (LPAC). Mike has run 13 marathons and specializes in treating running injuries. He's also a trainer at Shred415 and instructs their speed training class. Jenny came to yoga as an avid runner in 1997. Yoga at the time seemed a good way to get a "good stretch" and counteract all the running. Jenny admits she had a rough start with yoga.
