Brent Holten was introduced to yoga at an early age as a cure for insomnia, and it has played a huge part in his life ever since. He has been teaching in Chicago since 1995, and students may recognize him from his classes at Moksha Yoga, Crunch, Equinox, Fitness Formula, and Cheetah gyms. In 2009 Brent opened i.d. gym in the Lincoln Park neighborhood of Chicago where he can be found teaching, not only yoga, but spinning and dance classes as well. i.d. gym has won "best gym" in the Chicago Reader poll two years in a row. Claire Mark

Claire Mark has been practicing yoga since 1996 and teaching yoga since 1999. She has studied Bikram, Jivanmukti, Ashtanga, Anusara and Iyengar yoga, her classes are a blend of these styles combined with a open hearted, loving attitude for her studnets. Claire has taught in NY, San Francisco, Chicago and Los Angeles and she has taught retreats abroad since 2003 and continues to lead retreats yearly in Mexico and now Costa Rica. Claire has studied and continues to study with many senior teachers, and her love of yoga continues to grow with each day on the mat. Claire currently lives and teaches in Chicago at Yogaview. D. Mike Kelly has been a physical therapist in Lincoln Park for eight years. He is the manager of Physical Therapy Services at DePaul University, and also runs a clinic at Lincoln Park Athletic Club (LPAC). Mike has run 13 marathons and specializes in treating running injuries. He's also a trainer at Shred415 and instructs their speed training class. As a competitive swimmer and Division I athlete, Lauren has incorporated health and wellness into her daily routine for more than 20 years. After graduating college from University of Colorado with a degree in Communications, Lauren moved back to Chicago. From 2006-2007, Lauren completed her Master of Education at DePaul University and began her teaching career shortly thereafter. It was during this time that she felt a longing to get back into the fitness world. She went through a 6 week training program at DePaul and became a certified group fitness instructor at DePaul's Ray Meyer Fitness Center. Stacy is a Certified Yoga Teacher and Certified Holistic Health Practitioner based in Chicago.
