Scott Keppel is a nationally certified personal fitness coach and proud founder/owner of Scott’s Training Systems. His certifications and specializations include: Movnat, NASM, ISSA, pre/post natal, post breast cancer recovery, bikini, fitness, figure, bodybuilding preparation, he is the official trainer for the Miss Arizona USA, Miss Teen Arizona USA, Miss Arizona America, Miss Utah USA, Miss Teen Utah USA and the Weight Loss Institute of Arizona.
Scott has been featured in local, national and worldwide media; he contributes to several local and national publications and has been on the local news as a training expert. He is the creator of 3 TV's fit challenge and health2fit.com's 8 week fit challenge. Scott has spoken at a number of seminars on topics such as: how to motivate individuals based on their personality and profession, goal setting, how to obtain optimal physical appearance and performance, the influence parents have on their children as it relates to their health and body image. He also speaks to the Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts and other young children on the importance of the 5 healthy f’s (fitness, food, family, friends and faith) as well as a healthy body image.
Scott’s dynamic and personal approach to fitness along with his ability to listen to clients and help them accomplish their “why” they train has taken him from being the #1 trainer at Bally Total Fitness for 2 ½ years to his garage and now to a 4100 + square facility with clients out of state and 8 coaches that work for him. Scott believes there is a specific system for each individual and it is the coach’s responsibility to design the proper meal and exercise plan to achieve optimal results in the safest most efficient manner.
