Born into an active family, Chris Law has always viewed fitness as a major facet of daily life. Growing up in La Jolla and Del Mar, Chris embodies a California lifestyle and has surfed and played beach volleyball since a young age. To this day he still spends a majority of his time at the beach and claims to never go east of the 5 freeway!
Completing a Kinesiology degree from Cal State San Marcos only seemed natural for Chris. With the urging of his Biomechanics professor, he completed his American Council on Exercise personal training certification. Using this certification, he founded the Ilovefit personal training business. This functional fitness-based program revolves around the idea that loving yourself through keeping your body in its best possible shape is the path to enjoying an optimal life. Chris has stood witness as many people literally transformed their bodies before his very eyes.
In 2009, Chris co-founded the San Diego Beach Volleyball Club with Marc Lomeli under the non-profit Wholesports organization. Their mission statement, "Enthusiastic people simply practicing love of sport", has caught on as the club has experienced a growth from 24 to 72 athletes in three years. Their model for focusing on the "whole" athlete is spreading amongst youth programs across the nation and into other countries.
Chris is honored to be an ambassador for luluelmon and looks forward to amazing years ahead.
