Carole works full-time for GoodLife Fitness as a Divisional Manager in Group Exercise. She oversees all of Western Canada- from Manitoba to BC:the instructors, the Group Exercise programs, the schedules, etc. Carole is also a Les Mills National Trainer
and Presenter; she trains people to teach RPM (spin classes) and BODYPUMP (a weight-training class) and presents at
Fitness conferences. She also teaches BODYFLOW, which is a program that combines Pilates, Yoga and Tai Chi. she's even had the privilege to be featured in an international BODYPUMP video and shared that it was an incredible experience!
When asked what makes Carole happy she had this to say: "I am the happiest when I'm teaching my classes.....I love music, movement, connecting with body and mind and more important sharing this passion with all the participants in my classes."
Along with her passion for movement she has a passion for food and nutrition (being a French Canadian, this comes
naturally!) Carole is a Registered Dietitian and completed a Masters Degree in Nutrition.Today, along with her work at GoodLife Fitness she has a private practice in Nutrition. Carole sees the value of a balance between fitness and nutrition and strives to share this within the community: "I love helping people build a healthy relationship with food and reach their nutrition goals."
It is clear that Carole lives her life with GoodLife Fitness's vision in
mind: "To Give Every Canadian the Opportunity to Live a Fit and Healthy Good Life".
