Carole works full-time for GoodLife Fitness as a Divisional Manager in Group Exercise. She oversees all of Western Canada- from Manitoba to BC:the instructors, the Group Exercise programs, the schedules, etc. Carole is also a Les Mills National Trainer and Presenter; she trains people to teach RPM (spin classes) and BODYPUMP (a weight-training class) and presents at Fitness conferences. She also teaches BODYFLOW, which is a program that combines Pilates, Yoga and Tai Chi. she's even had the privilege to be featured in an international BODYPUMP video and shared that it was an incredible experience! It is extraordinary to see what a common person can achieve when they are dedicated to a single pursuit" With much reflection after he had a shoulder injury, Jean-Nicolas found within himself a newfound motivation, and a gigantic dream, to try and compete in the upcoming Olympics. After months of hard work and training he tested in an athlete identification camp for Bobsleigh Canada and managed a performance worthy of an invitation to train with the National Canadian Bobsled Team in Calgary, Alberta. Jilaine first started her yoga journey in 2001 and hasn't looked back since. After her very first hot yoga experience she was hooked. She says, "The way that yoga challenged me both physically and mentally was what kept me coming back." Jilaine started working for lululemon athletica on 4 th St. and became inspired by the culture where she was encouraged to make and achieve goals and create reality from dreams. After 9 years of practicing law in China, Ning left everything she knew behind and flew to Canada not knowing a word of English. After struggling to find work and learning to speak English, Ning went to massage school and opened up her own business. It was at this time that she says yoga ‘found’ her. Ning has traveled all over the world to yoga conferences, workshops, and teacher trainings. Ning has such an open heart--she lets people inspire her. It was in March 2010 that a lady she met in a coffee shop in Bali inspired her to open a bigger yoga studio and build a yoga community here in Calgary.
