Michael Latch owns and operates Valley Crossfit in Van Nuys, California. Valley Crossfit (VCF) became the 27th Crossfit gym in the world back in 2005, and currently there are over 2000 Crossfit gyms in the world! VCF has much to be proud of, including an impressive competition record (Top 10 finishers in the last three annual Crossfit Games Events--a worldwide Crossfit competition--including 2010 First Place Finisher Kristan Clever!) and a worldwide reputation for quality fitness instruction.
Part of Michael's success is due to his multi-disciplinary approach towards fitness, incorporating elements of Yoga, Martial Arts, Parkour, and other "Silly Human Tricks" into his classes. A common reaction to his training? "Man, I thought I'd see everything, but...!"
