Sashas' yoga practice deepened after a volunteer mission to India to research the HIV/AIDS epidemic in 2006. She found yogic philosophy was alive everywhere she looked on the sub-continent, and used yoga as a path to healing when she returned home. She is now certified at the 200 hr. level, with additional trainings in Kundalini, YHot and Vinyasa. Through teaching yoga, she hopes to share the profound sense of joy and all-knowingness available to any body through these yogic tools. A lover of music, she incorporates mantra and sound-current to every class, and hopes each student leaves her classes with a happy body, mind and spirit!
