Baptiste Power Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Claire came to yoga in 2001, just after having her second child and third back surgery. From the very first OM, she knew that she had found home in her body again. The journey was tumultuous. Slowly she started to heal her body from the many injuries incurred from being a competitive marathon runner, swimmer, and overall fitness enthusiast for the majority of her life. As she started to improve her body and spirit, she soon found teaching yoga not only a desire, but also a necessity. "I found it imperative to share yoga and this life process with everyone. Jeff Maciorowski
As co-owner/founder and Bodycoach of bodyco in Middleton MA, Jeff has dedicated over a third of his life to helping improve the lives of others. His philosophy is simple, “If you want to change the way you look, then you need to change the way you train.” After spending 10years in the “traditional gym” setting, Jeff realized he wasn’t maximizing the potential of his one on one clients or the members in his classes. He would often pioneer his own routines with everyday objects found around the different facilities he was training at. He would utilize buckets and rocks for shuttle runs and agility exercises, sandbags and sledge hammers for explosive work, and would have his clients drag sleds around parking lots as a safe alternative to working their lower body. With all the... Read the profile >>

Liana Veda
Music has always been at the root of my existence. I was born in the small seaport town of Marblehead, Massachusetts. I was fortunate enough to be raised in a multi-cultural home. This allowed me to see and appreciate different ways of life. My mother is of Irish decent, and my father was born and raised in the Dominican Republic. Both my parents have strong musical backgrounds, music and dance was all I knew. Growing up my parents told me stories of me dancing before I could even talk, and breaking out of my walker to Michael Jackson’s “BEAT IT.” This was only the beginning of a life filled with dreams and aspirations all revolving around music. My strong dance background also plays a key part in who I am today as an artist. I always dreamed of not only being a dancer and... Read the profile >>
