So what IS a showroom?
Our unique showroom is a cozier version of a retail store. We are open Thursday-Sunday with a great selection of our men's and women's product. During the week, we host private parties, plan community events, put lulu on wheels for trunk shows, and act as local experts on where to find great yoga, Pilates, fitness, or just plain fun in the neighborhood!

Studio of the Month: Yogasana Center has brought together some of the best yoga teachers in NYC. We are committed to creatively exploring and teaching the more subtle aspects of alignment-based yoga in the Iyengar tradition. Believing that patience, compassion, and a sense of humor must go hand in hand with disciplined physical practice, we bring a light-hearted approach to precise alignment. From years of self-study and acquired knowledge, Yogasana teachers give kind, individualized attention, helping students develop a stronger, more flexible body, a calmer nervous system, a quieter mind, and a connection to their own true nature.
We offer 6-week Beginner courses; Beginner, Intermediate, & Advanced drop-in classes; Pre-natal, Women's, Restorative, and Back Care drop-in classes; Mother & infant Developmental Movement course; Yogasana Kids (for ages 2-17); therapeutic series; workshops with guest teachers; and Advanced Studies and 500+ hr. Teacher Training.
