With a background in competitive swimming, Emily began to suffer from lower back problems and turned to pilates at age 10 as a form of rehabilitation. It was then that she fell in love with the benefits this practice offers, and envisioned herself helping others with their fitness. Emily made this a reality, and was hired as a Pilates Instructor in 2011. She has now got plans to open her own studio with partner Chris, Premium Pilates in Coorparoo, opening September 2012. Martin Collyer

Martin began his early dance training in the Cecchetti method with Stephen Ayres, and with London's Central School of Ballet's junior extension program. At the age of sixteen, he commenced full time training at Central, studying the Vaganova method with teachers including Murray Kilgour, Nancy Kilgour, Stephen Williams and Carole Gable.
