Pam began her journey into yoga 16 years ago and the impact was immediate and powerful. She began to practice and study different styles of yoga, but found a home in the deep teachings of Integral Yoga, founded by Swami Satchidananda in 1966. Pam continues to explore different styles of yoga, particularly vinyasa, and incorporates dynamic sequences into her classes. Over...the past 20 years, Pam has transitioned from a fast-paced Wall Street career to co-owner of Lotus Mind & Body, in Bernardsville, NJ. Pam is a continual student of yoga, and feels privileged to share the teachings - a beautiful antidote to our rapid, often stressful day to day lives.
