Raj first became attracted to yoga twelve years ago. Drawn to the heat, he had an intense and consistent Bikram practice. After his introduction to Partner Yoga, he realized that it was a perfect way for him to open to the joy and playfulness of yoga. Raj unites the Yang of Acro Yoga with the Yin of Principle Based Partner Yoga. He teaches a variety of styles of yoga to all ages and levels, including partner, Vinyasa, Hot, Yin, and Restorative yoga. He also works with individuals and couples, creating an environment of openness and connection. The combination of his individual and partner yoga has created more playfulness in his practice. Yoga has allowed Raj to achieve greater focus, more balance in his life, and feel healthier in his body. When not on his mat, Raj can usually be found outside on the trails either solo, with some friends, or leading a group of kids.
