Andrew recently moved to Boulder from South Africa. He initially was attracted to yoga as a way of recovering from Ironman Triathlons. What began as a way of finding physical balance became an exploration of his emotional and spiritual balance.

In class, Andrew guides students towards a place of stillness, quieting the mind.

Andrew believes that physically the practice makes us strong, more balanced and heals the body, but the real joy comes from finding peace within.

Andrew has completed teacher training in the Ashtanga vinyasa tradition. A teacher however is just a dedicated student, and he continues to learn everyday.
