Christina’s passion for fitness and music stems from her 18 year dance career where she was trained in tap, ballet, jazz, hip hop and Hawaiian. She earned many gold medals at National Dance competitions and has won several special judge’s awards for her tap solos. In college, Christina became the Holy Cross Dance Ensemble Tap Choreographer as a sophomore. Her fitness career also started in college, teaching cardio kickboxing classes. Currently, Christina is a Corpbasics (martial arts based fitness system) instructor and teaches and choreographs classes including cardio kickboxing, total body conditioning with weights, ballet bar, tension bands, and is a Kenpo Karate blue belt. After almost ten years of attending cycling classes, Christina became a certified spinning instructor. Her dance training combined with her sense of rhythm and diverse taste in music (Hip Hop/Rap to Alternative Rock and Pop) make each of her classes feel like a dance routine on the bike, melting away your stress and building a healthier you, one song at a time.
Christina currently teaches at Recycle Studio.
