Colin began his yoga journey in 2001 when his track coach sent him to a Baptiste Power Yoga class to improve his grace and body awareness. Initially, the physical benefits of the practice kept him coming back. Through regular practice Colin also gained an appreciation for the mental and spiritual aspects of yoga. While practicing at the Baptiste Power Yoga studios in Boston, Colin was the sprint coach for a local University and competed in several half and full marathons. Colin earned his 200-hour Yoga Alliance teacher certification through CorePower Yoga, and attended Level One Teacher Training with Baron Baptiste in 2012. Darcy Franklin is a lifelong runner, mover & shaker! She started running in middle school with her dad and brothers and has been involved in the running community ever since. Once Crossfit came into her life, she found a perfect balance between running and strength. Core Power Yoga
Susie grew up in an athletic home and was an athlete herself. She played softball and volleyball until one day a friend told her to try out for the dance team in high school. From that moment on, her life changed. Though she still played softball, her new love was dance. Her dance career earned her two State Championships in High School and one National Championship in college. She was also fortunate enough to dance professionally for a year.
