Angela Manuel-Davis was born into a sports family. Her father Jerry Manuel played, coached and managed baseball in the MLB.
His competitive spirit, drive, and determination was passed onto her and her siblings. Angela grew up playing soccer and running track and was nationally ranked in both.
Angela went to Oral Roberts University on a full Track and Field scholarship where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Science. While running track professionally, she at one point was ranked in the top 25 in the world at 100m. A 5-time All-American, Angela was later inducted into the ORU Hall of Fame.
Angela has always been passionate about inspiring and encouraging the youth in their God given talents. She has been coaching and training private clients for the past 10 years. In that time Angela and her husband Jerome Davis have travelled the country giving speed clinics as well as teaching young kids the fundementals of running.
Angela is most proud of her two young sons. She currently trains private clients on and off the track and is a spin and yoga instructor. Angela knows her true life’s work is to help empower those who are ready for change!
