Come breathe with us on August 8th. We will be hosting a free yoga class in Banff Central Park at 4PM. Come be a part of this unique and certainly elevating yoga class.
Appreciate your body by checking out our weekly in store yoga classes. Every Sunday we offer FREE yoga lead by amazing local instructors! Our free saturday morning running club has started. Jo lunn will be meeting us at the store at 9 am for a run catered to who ever shows up. Anythings from a 30 minute light jog to an hour tempo run, you get to pick.
