Bob Hilson

Baltimore Pacemakers

I’m Bob Hilson and I’ve been a distance runner and marathoner for nearly 20 years. I’ve run 28 marathons and 35 half marathons. Each week, I design and plot running routes in Baltimore that runners from the novice level to experienced runners can maneuver. On Wednesday mornings, I map out an hour long track workout that offers runners a good option to continual street running. The soft, level surface also benefits the knees. It’s always free to run with us. Professionally, I... Read the profile >>
