Logan has been personal training since 2006 and since then has helped to shape the lives of many people through encouragement of a healthy lifestyle through exercise.
Logan is co-founder and director at Health 101. With his major in Physical Activity and Nutrition, Bachelor of Sport in Recreation, CrossFit level 1, and CrossFit Kids certificate, he has a wealth of education behind his philosophy of exercise.
His enthusiasm is contagious and this shows with his CrossFit and Personal training clients gaining outstanding results whether they are athletes or overweight and wanting to shed the kilos.

What are your top three attributes?
I am tall (helps in crowds), I always finish what’s on my dinner plate, I love to have a laugh.
If you could have a life time supply of food, what would this be?
Avocados I eat so many of them and if I have a life time supply I wouldn’t get annoyed when I brought a rotten one.
What do you love about Lululemon?
The socks are perfect for my left and right feet. They even say L and R on them. My feet never get confused and don’t have to share their sock.
