Founder of King Yoga in 2006. Aaron discovered yoga while working in the music industry for BMG in Los Angeles in 1998. During his 6 years in Phoenix, AZ , as co-founder of At One Yoga, Aaron studied various in-depth styles of yoga. Completing Teacher Training in 2000 and embracing a teaching path empowered him to develop his own unique style. Aaron believes that fusing music and yoga is a vehicle for enhancing a healthier lifestyle on and off the mat. He believes the yoga practice is a lifestyle: embracing patience, balance and truth. His classes incorporate challenging vinyasa flow with creative sequencing set to his unique mix of music. Cari Wilder

Cari Wilder, Owner and Director of Kula, Yoga on Main, began to practice yoga over 15 years ago in college as a compliment to her other physical activities. As a competitive swimmer, runner and water polo player, Cari found that yoga not only balanced her body, but her mind. After the birth of her second child in 2009, her passion for yoga grew and she completed her 200 hour certification in 2010 under the teaching of TeriLeigh Schmidt. Cari’s approach to teaching is energetic and heartfelt and her classes are a dynamic combination of strength, alignment and depth. Evan Soroka

Evan Rachel, an Aspen local, started her practice in 2002 as a teenager looking for something to do other than trouble. Yoga got her on the right path and guided her through college with confidence and grace. In 2007 she was certified by her friends at CorePower Yoga Boulder where she proceeded to teach vinyasa and yoga sculpt. After college, Evan moved to South America where she worked in an office building and wore a suit to work. Sitting at a computer all day, a weakness developed in her spine. One day in shoulder stand, she herniated her L4 and was crippled. The injury was due to lack of understanding and awareness; her yogic intention shifted from physical challenge to an introspective healing. Jayne Gottlieb

Jayne came to yoga in search of a way to slow herself down. As a professional dancer it was time to find her breath, heal her body and work on creating peace of mind. Through the physical 'asana' practice Jayne has found a deep sense of devotion and renewed spirit. Through this connection to self Jayne feels inspired to share her new passion of YOGA with her students. "Motion changes emotion" is her mantra and she inspires a practice where movement will open ones heart and mind. Leaving the possibilities to positive change through energetic shifts. Sharon Caplan

Sharon is a former co-owner and yoga instructor at Telluride Yoga Center. Having been certified through the White Lotus Foundation in Santa Barbara, Sharon is very grateful for all her teachers who have inspired and influenced her practice and teachings throughout the past 11 years. From her previous experience as a professional dancer, yoga trainings and 10 years as a yoga instructor in both Atlanta and Colorado, Sharon teaches a creative, fluid and fun vinyasa class.
