1. What is your favorite way to sweat?
CrossFit and yoga. love the balance of combining the two.
2. What inspires you?
I am constantly inspired by the healthy, active community that I am able to be a part of. We are blessed to live in an area that offers ample outdoors activities as well as alternative ways to get your sweat on.
3. What is your favorite piece of lululemon and why?
I'm picking two.. and you can't stop me. #1. Run Response Short: the most functional shorts. lightweight. perfect for crossfit, yoga, spinning, etc... I have them on 7 days a week. #2. Cruiser/Wet Coast Backpack. Tons of pockets and they thought of EVERYTHING when they made this. A special compartment designed for everything that an active person would need.
4. What's your life look like without fear?
My life without fear would be a life where I lived every moment to the fullest as the person I was created to be. Staying positive, true to myself and be willing to take chances. Staying in tune with the present and let the future be just that.. the future. Set goals today. Strive everyday to achieve them. Be open to being hurt. And be open to being happy.
5. What is a class in town that you are just dying to tell people about?
I love talking to people about CrossFit. We are very fortunate to have 3 awesome gyms in the area. Brevard, E. Asheville and S. Asheville/Fletcher. It is intense, functional, and we are always doing something different, so it doesn't get monotonous. Scaling weight and movements make it perfect for all levels. I also suggest people try Bikram Yoga in E. Asheville. Crazy awesome workout and have always had the most excellent, knowledgeable instructors.
