July 31, 2011 – Flow Yoga with Jolene Students practice sun salutations, standing and balancing postures, twists, fundamental backbends and inversions for a well-rounded energizing practice. Previous flow yoga experience recommended. Radiance Yoga in beautiful Old Town Alexandria will be highlighted as the "Studio of the Quarter" for the months of May, June and July!
